- Heat cooking oil add onion and saute for 3minutes on low flame..
- Add ginger garlic paste and saute for another 3minutes on low flame..

- Add chicken broth and cook till oil starts floating on all over gravy..
- Add bitter sweet chocolate (dark chocolate), mix it well till dark chocolate melt. Switch off the flame and let the gravy cool down on room temperature and grind it into fine puree..
- Heat cooking oil splutter cumin seeds and add cube sized red and yellow bell pepper and saute for 2minutes on high flame..
- Add puree (prepared earlier) and saute for minute on low flame..
- Add 1 teaspoon mint powder and mix it well..
- Add fried chicken breast. Cover the lid and cook for 5minutes on low flame..
