- Cut both ends of bittergaurd,wash n peel it and slit one part of karela and take out all seeds..
- Boil them in a seperate pan filled with 2 cup water for 5 minutes on hight flame and take out in a separate dish..
- Now take a pan and pour oil and fry onions and chills till golden brown and add roasted and grounded peanut pouder and saute for 1 min then add all ingredients one by one and satute for 4 minutes on medium flame.
- Now take out the stuffing in a bowl and let it cool..
- After that fill the stuffing in the bitter gaurd and fry it in a clean pan as shown below for 10 minutes both sides..
