  1. First of all we will take idly batter and take four different purees in different bowls(carrot puree,spinach puree,chocolate puree,beetroot puree)..
  2. In each bowl we will add idli batter and give them a good mix.will add salt as per taste and eating soda or eno and mix batter in each bowl.now we will preheat our steamer and place all four bowl in steamer and keep them for steam for 15 minutes..
  3. After that we will check if our dhoklas are ready with help of toothpick now to give our round dhoklas donut shape we will cut small round circle in center with help of small bottle cap.finally for tempering we will take some oil in pan heat it and crackle mustard seeds curry leaves pinch of asafoetida chillies now pout this mixture on donut shape dhoklas to give them final touch.sprinkle some chaat masala on top and serve them with coconut chutney and enjoy..
