- Again add little kashmiri red chilli for colour and mix it properly.Add 1/2 cup of water and bring it to boil.Garnish with fresh coriander.
- In bowl,take a boiled potato mash it add green ginger garlic paste, add salt,lemon juice,fresh coriander and mix it well..
- Make a thick batter of besan with water.make a small ball of potato mix dip into batter and coat it and deep fry in the hot oil.When it is lightly crisp and light golden.Remove it and keep it on kitchen paper towel.
- Now assemble it..keep batata vada in a bowl,add rassa on vada garnish with chopped onion and sev n fresh coriander and enjoy spicy dish.
