  1. Make puree of beetroot by grinding boiled beetroot and venegar and little water and take wheat flour in mixing bowl add puree,salt and warm water and knead medium soft dough apply some oil cover keep it aside..
  2. For filling add chopped cabbage,walnuts,onion, coriander leaves, chilli gingerpaste,salt and mix it..
  3. Make small balls out of dough and roll it thin..
  4. Fill the stuffing and give it momos shape..
  5. Heat steamer and steam the momos for 8,10min..
  6. Take out serve hot with chutney and enjoy.
