  4. Place a fry pan over a low heat.add 3tbs of oil,onion, smashed fish and tomato puree, season well,stir fry and remove from heat to cool..
  5. Fill in the dough,knead the dough and divide into equal portions on a floured surface. Roll one portion of dough with rolling pin into an oval shape.pour two tbs of the smashed fish mixture on one end,fold and seal with egg using brush.place on a floured surface for abt 10mins to rise..
  6. Fry until golden brown..
