Instructions to make Whole wheat flour momos:

  1. Take all the ingredients of dough and make dough...not so stiff...not so loose.cover it..keep aside for about 15-20 min.
  2. Meanwhile prepare stuffing.
  3. Take oil in pan...saute onion...and then add all the vegetables...add salt and black pepper..saute a little.
  4. Don't fry too much....just have. To remove the raw veggie taste and water in the veggies.
  5. Now take dough...make very small balls..
  6. Roll it..fill it with stuffing..
  7. Seal it...like we make plates of saree....then join the end with help of water.
  8. Boil the water....keep a steel sieve over it...if you don't have steamer.....
  9. Brush the sieve with oil....keep momos on it to steam...do not overload it.
  10. Steam for around 10-12 min. Do not over steam.
  11. Sprinkle oregano and maggi masala.
  12. Serve it with chutney.....
  13. To prepare momos chutney...boil red chillis and potatoes for around 10 min.
  14. Sieve the water...peel off tomato...ground them all to make a paste.
  15. Then turn of tadka...take oil in pan..add garlic, saute a little,add chutney....sugar, salt, vinegar..
  16. Boil it..chutney is ready.let it cool..
